We started with some cardio drills to get my heart rate up; followed by rigorous strength training circuits using jump rope, weights, resistance rope, a weight ball and more! Finally, we ended with a calming yoga session where Kay taught me some excellent poses to open up my chakras, accompanied by the soothing sounds of H.E.R. I must say I was thoroughly pleased with Kay’s candor and continued inspiration. NAMASTE.
