I had a great workout session with The Resilient Warrior,  certified yoga instructor and fitness trainer Kay! We focused our Mind, Body and Spirit during our 1hr session.

We started with some cardio drills to get my heart rate up; followed by rigorous strength training circuits using  jump rope, weights, resistance rope, a weight ball and more! Finally, we ended with a calming yoga session  where Kay taught me some excellent poses to open up my chakras, accompanied by the soothing sounds of H.E.R. I must say I was thoroughly pleased with Kay’s candor and continued inspiration. NAMASTE.
